Welcome to La Boulle (laboulle.co.uk). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

We sell handmade perfumes, soaps and related products. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc..

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to purchase from our site or have permission from a parent/guardian.

3. Orders & Contract

Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll email an order confirmation and later a shipping confirmation. We may cancel/refuse an order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors); any payment taken will be refunded.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are shown in GBP.
La Boulle is not VAT-registered at this time; no VAT is charged.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card data is processed securely by our payment providers (we don’t store full card details).

5. Shipping

Delivery options, costs and times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. Timeframes are estimates. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer 30-day returns for eligible items. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care/fragrance products cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details and how to start a return.

7. Discount Codes & Promotions

Only one code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes may have conditions (minimum spend, product exclusions) and can be withdrawn at any time.

8. Product Information

We try to describe products and colours accurately, but small variations can occur due to the handmade nature of our items and screen settings. Packaging may vary.

9. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site (upload malware, attempt to disrupt, infringe IP, harass others, or use the site unlawfully). We may suspend access for breach.

10. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to La Boulle. You may not copy or use it without written permission.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the price paid for that order.

12. Personal Data

Your personal information is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update products, prices, policies or these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, carrier issues, pandemics, extreme weather).

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
