Return and Refund Policy

We hope every La Boulle creation brings joy and harmony to your space.
However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened personal-care or fragrance products.

To start a return, please email us at contact@laboulle.co.uk with your order number and a short description of the issue.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return label and clear instructions for shipping your item back to us.

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing each parcel, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@laboulle.co.uk and include photos if possible.
We will evaluate the situation and replace or refund the item promptly.


Non-returnable Items

Because of their handmade nature and for hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care and fragrance products (roll-on perfumes, solid perfumes, soaps, wax melts, bath salts) once opened or used

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies, simply reach out — we’re always happy to advise.


Exchanges

If you wish to try another scent or product, the quickest way is to place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether a refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.
